Raj Marketing is a partnership company established in the year 2017 by Mr. Mitesh A Mehta and Mr. Ram Chet Barma who are having vast experience and knowledge of trading, manufacturing and marketing of soft drinks, synthetic juices, soda and aerated water related packaging materials like bottles, bottle caps, wrappers, food colors, food chemicals and other allied chemicals. The promoters have a trading unit named R. C. Trading Company and Arihant Trading Company.

Both promoters are well connected with market of beverages, so they jointly decided to establish a beverage manufacturing company to produce soft drinks, synthetic juices and soda.

The promoters are very experienced and resourceful, having good connections, marketing knowledge and credit worthiness. The credential of both the promoters are very strong and valuable in taking up the proposed venture and to make it successful.

Raj Marketing, with its head office in Kolkata, are one of the renowned manufacturers for soft drinks, synthetic juices and soda with its presence in West Bengal and all other nearby states. Our product range includes soft drinks, synthetic juices and soda of various sizes and flavors.

Manufacturing Process

The manufacturing process of soft drinks, synthetic juices and soda are completed by below listed 16 steps:

Water
Water treated with RO
Sugar added with water in tank no 1 to make sugar syrup
Sugar syrup passes through filter press to remove impurities
Sugar syrup again passes through online disc filter to remove other impurities and foreign particulars
Sugar syrup again passes through glycodin based chiller plant for soft drinks and soda
CO2 main fold to be added with sugar syrup for soft drinks and soda
Adding synthetic juice/pulp to syrup to make synthetic Juices
Sent to the final tank for bottling
Bottle gets washed with water through machine
Bottle filled by machine
Capping/foiling is done
Batch coding is done
Shrink labeling/ BOPP labelling is done (Branding by label)
Packing in set of bottles with LD Roll
Ready for dispatch.
